A day’s training providing recreational divers with the knowledge needed to plan a recreational dive with Nitrox. The course consists of 1 knowledge unit, 2 practical sessions and 2 optional Enriched Air training dives taken from in open water. By diving with enriched air rather than standard air you can extend your no-decompression limits.
Everyone is asked to complete a day's diving prior to starting the course, to check weights, buoyancy and equipment.
• All divers must be a minimum age of 15 years.
• PADI requests you have a signed a Medical Certificate.
• You must already be a PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent).
